Salem Man Injured In 3 Vehicle Crash

On March 29, 2022, Paul Polanski, 63, of Salem, was injured when his vehicle was struck by a 17-year-old Sandoval male. Polanski was stopped at a red light on at the intersection West Main Street and South Franklin Street when he was struck from behind by the juvenile who failed to apply his brakes. The force of the impact caused Polanski’s vehicle to push and crash into the vehicle stopped in front of him. 

Polanski was taken by United Medical Response to Salem Township Hospital for treatment of a knee injury. The Sandoval male reported a minor injury but declined treatment and was ticketed for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Salem Man Injured in 3 Vehicle Crash

Accident Lawyer Beth Murphy responded to news of the crash saying, “It’s a tragedy when a crash occurs that causes serious injuries. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the persons and families involved and may you all have the strength and support of those around you to help you recover.”   

Murphy notes, there may be civil claims / causes of action brought against the vehicle operator and any other responsible parties involved. The important purpose is to bring justice and fair compensation to those who now are dealing with challenging injuries and heartbreaking loss of loved ones.
