Personal Injury Lawyers

WITH US, it’s not about business, IT’S PERSONAL!

Murphy & Pressentin personal injury lawyers are dedicated to helping serious injury and wrongful death victims, their families, and grieving survivors recover from their devastating injuries and personal losses – whether they be financial, physical or emotional.

We focus on investigating, evaluating, documenting, establishing and preserving evidence as may be necessary to establish a legally enforceable bodily injury or wrongful death claim on behalf of our clients.

This includes not only establishing liability for the crash in question, but also documenting and establishing the financial and personal injury losses and damages (i.e. medical bills, wage loss, pain and suffering, and loss of society and companionship) to maximize the amount of your ultimate monetary recovery.

Once we have established the total financial and personal damages for the personal injury accident, we present the responsible parties with a detailed, written demand for settlement and pursue a negotiated out-of-court settlement. We typically are able to successfully resolve many of our cases during these initial negotiations, saving you time, money and increased costs. However, if settlement negotiations are unsuccessful, and you approve, we will file a court action on your behalf and pursue the case to mediated settlement or jury verdict.

Given our several decades of experience in personal injury and wrongful death cases, we are able to counsel you in regard to all aspects of your claim, including: your medical issues and any concerns you may have regarding your recovery from the physical and emotional personal injuries; your ongoing financial issues and concerns; and we have a minister on staff available to speak to you regarding your grieving issues or concerns, if you desire.

Our goal is to assist you through this devastating time in your life, to ease your burdens and to allow you to focus your efforts on recovering from your personal injuries and losses.
